Ensure that management, teachers, and pedagogues have time
to build strong collaboration with parents, PPR, and
other collaborators.

Ensure that PPR staff have working conditions that make it
possible to collaborate closely with management, professionals, and
parents in the child9s everyday environment, in order to create
settings where children and young people can thrive and develop
academically, socially, and personally.
As psychologists, we would like to emphasize that children—and the
adults around them—are responding in healthy ways to something
unhealthy. It is crucial not to reduce complex and structural
challenges to an understanding that the individual child owns the
problem. Instead of asking what is wrong with the children, we
should ask ourselves what their behavior and distress invite us to
understand that we need to do differently. There are no simple
answers here, but as a starting point, we urge you, as politicians, in
collaboration with all of us who work in this field every day, to be
curious about how you can create the foundation for professionally
grounded changes that will truly make a difference. Action is needed
now—a whole generation9s well-being and development depend on
it.
