leads to paralysis3. Fortunately, the woman has not fallen into the quagmire of
paralysis. She speaks and writes in different tones about some of the things that
matter and are important to her. She often does so in such an angry tone that it
creates not common ground or opportunities but distance and fear.
The conversation in the office has already sparked something in me, but also in
