David:
And do you think if you were growing up on the inside, right, that it
could lead to you growing up on the outside? (Turning to his
parents.) I am referring to his physical size because sometimes when
young people have chronic illnesses, they grow up on the inside first,
believe it or not. Have you known of others without illnesses growing
up and at first their physical size is bigger than their psychological
size?
Both his parents confirm this by nodding.
David:
It's probably the reverse here. Your growing up might be on the
inside first—your mind growing up, your emotions growing up, then
your body will follow on. Do you know what I mean by maturity?
Dustin:
Yeah.
David:
(to parents) Do you wonder if Dusty9s maturity is just around the next
corner?
Parents:
We sure hope so.
David:
So do I. Well, our paths have crossed in wonderful ways over these
four days, and you will soon return home, and I will soon leave my
home for overseas. But I want you to know, Dusty, I will be taking
you with me in these videos so that others may learn from you and
follow in your footsteps and the footsteps of your granddad. Tim,
