trouble was he didn9t know that he knew. So, what is so good about
this is that now he knows what he knew. Because we really don9t
ever forget anything that is worth remembering. It just gets stored
away like in a library. Dustin9s breathing approach. It9s there, and you
are able to recall that, and practice it, and enjoy it, and appreciate it,
and also be proud of the abilities that you did have and that you
could have again, but that you just sort of forgot. You can always
bring it out whenever you want. But it might be worthwhile in the
next few days to practice this. All you have to do is recall the 12- or
13-year-old boy who used to be you, and still is a bit of you, pretty
much the same person. When you open your eyes, right, you are
going to have a great big smile on your face, OK? So whenever you
like, you can just open your eyes.
In fact, we all shared the joy of this experience, which each of us had deeply
experienced with smiles on all of our faces.
