I realised here that Sandrine's issue was not work, where she feels listened to, but
her home. This changed everything and closed my previous hypothesis about
8unexplained anxiety9. I acknowledged this new idea, took the time to note it down

institution I work for. We're a team, and we listen to each other.

Sophie9s Sandrine: Yes. Since the larger system doesn't provide any resources, we
do what we can, but at least we help each other & and we do what
we can. But at home, I'm not recognised. I'm tired. Something's not
right, I'm not recognised, no one recognises me & it's as if I live in
two worlds: on the one hand, there's my professional life, where
there's suffering and where that suffering is acknowledged, and on
the other, I come home and there's a kind of & denial, something
that & But my mother, it's completely unfair that she came from
abroad and can't live as she really is, that she has to do cleaning and
is constantly being downgraded. She's a foreign woman in her own
country, France & and there are lots of things like that &
