I aim for therapeutic conversations that achieve the equivalent of releasing the
"spirit from the snow." Our imaginations act in spatial and temporal flux, not as
static observers of objects with stable positions or identities, but where the world
and our perceptions change simultaneously (Keunen, 2010, p. 36). Our talks are
an interplay of voice, position, and perspective, as we animate the life force in our
words and dynamic intentions. We share the tributaries and eddies that move us
through storied experiences with our clients.
